Rigid calcium silicate high-temperature paint is a kind of white paste made from elementary material of rigid calcium silicate high-temperature heat-insulating powder and various auxiliary materials of packing, cement, foaming agent, reinforce. When dried up it's white solid and the inside structure is of micropores, the heat-insulating result is satisfactory. The test project of national key new products exploited by our company independently has passed the province appraise. Application of production:
Relative index of specifications
1. Thickness of dried coat:
Temperature < 300º C, thickness 40mm;
Temperature 300-600º C, thickness 50mm;
Temperature > 650º C, thickness 60mm;
Caution: If the difference between inside temperature and surface one is sharp, the interface temperature between device and coat will raise a lot after heat preservation. In this respect when projecting and constructing, make sure the equipment's heat-preserve temperature does not refer to the surface temperature.
2. Painting floor area: If the thickness is 10mm, one ton of material can be painted on surface of 55-60, other thickness area may infer in turn.

Operation instructions:
1. Remove the grease dirt, dust and other impurity from the surface where the coat should be applied.
2. How to paint the backup cost: Compact the coat hard; To avoid laminating, the coat should take the external form of saw tooth, (thickness: 0-10mm)
Caution: When applying the backup coat, the metallic surface temperature should be higher than 90º C, no restricting temperature for nonmetal the other layers of coating.
3. How to apply other coats: When the backup coat dries up and does not feel sticky. Apply the second layer of coating about 10mm. Repeat the above mentioned operations until the total thickness or surface temperature meets the requirement.
Caution: Except the backcoat, the other coats should be painted tenderly and cross ways to avoid stress concentrate.
4. How to protect the heat-insulating coating: Make water proof treatment to the coating if it lies outdoors or at a moist place indoor; Smooth the surface of coating if it lies at a dry place indoor, and make vibration proof treatment to the shaking part.
Caution: Heat-insulating materials should be kept in a cool and antifreezing place, when transporting them, don't topple over them or lay the packages upside-down. If the materials are stored too long and formed particles, add right amount of water and stir the pulp even.
